30 Challenges for 30 Days

Starting today and continuing for the next 30 days, do something to challenge yourself. We’ve given you a list of 30 options to choose from or you can come up with one yourself. The point is to choose one and do it every day for the next month that will make your life better.

  1. Try a new healthy recipe each day.
  2. Watch a health, fitness, or nutrition documentary each day.
  3. Read a chapter from a book about health or nutrition each day.
  4. Learn about an essential oil each day.
  5. Read a health or nutrition article each day.
  6. Choose one of your bad health habits and don’t do it for 30 days.
  7. Each day, think of something you would like to accomplish every year for the next thirty years then write it down.
  8. Eat a fruit or a vegetable.
  9. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
  10. Wake up a half an hour early.
  11. Swim for at least 20 minutes.
  12. Go on a thirty-minute walk.
  13. Keep a food journal. Write down everything you eat.
  14. Do something for someone you don’t know.
  15. No soda.
  16. No “sweets”: candy, ice cream, cake, etc.
  17. Take a picture.
  18. No TV.
  19. Tell someone you love them.
  20. Go for a 10-minute bike ride.
  21. Eat a healthy breakfast.
  22. No eating out.
  23. Read a poem.
  24. Do something kind for someone.
  25. Spend 10 minutes each day thinking about how you can improve your NSP business.
  26. Throw out (or better, donate) something in your house that you no longer need.
  27. Run 5 minutes each day.
  28. Write one thing you like about yourself each day – don’t choose the same thing more than once.
  29. Tell someone about your NSP business.
  30. Sing.
