Step 1: Blend 2 cups fresh baby spinach and 1/2 cup mozzarella (or other soft) cheese together in a food processor.
Step 2: Stir in 1 beaten egg, fresh chopped basil and fresh chopped oregano (1 tsp each or to taste).
Step 3: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour mixture on the paper and spread it.
Step 4: Bake crust at 400° for 15 minutes (or until crisp).
Step 5: Add on your favorite toppings (fresh tomato sauce, thinly sliced vegetables, etc.) and broil until toppings are warm.
