Blend until smooth:
- 2 cups Zucchini (diced)
- 1/3 cup Tahini
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp NSP sea salt
- 2-3 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp cayenne or NSP capsicum (optional).
(adjust to your taste: add more garlic, onion, fresh herbs (chives, basil, etc.)
