IN.FORM Recipe: Zucchini Hummus

Blend  until smooth:

  • 2 cups Zucchini (diced)
  • 1/3 cup Tahini
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp NSP sea salt
  • 2-3 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne or NSP capsicum (optional).

(adjust to your taste:  add more garlic, onion, fresh herbs (chives, basil, etc.)
