IN.FORM Recipe – Shredded Yuca



1 yuca root

3-4 cloves garlic chopped

1 medium onion, chopped


Peel one yuca root, cut in half for 5 to 6 inch pieces.
Next, using a julienne peeler shred and cut into 1 inch strips.
In a pan slowly melt coconut oil ad garlic, onion optional and yucca shreds and season to taste.
Cover for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Great potato alternative!
