1/2 scoop chia sees
1 scoop hemp protein powder
2 kale leafs
1/2 scoop granola protein peanut butterpeanut-butter
1 cup almond/coconut blend milk
1cup ice

1 scoop Nature’s Harvest

2 T of organic non gmo peanut butter powder

1 half frozen banana

1 T hemp hearts

10 oz regular or chocolate coconut water

2 scoops of chocolate SmatMeal
1 cup ice
1/2 cup Almond milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened coco powder
2 tablespoon Peanut butter powder
1 square of 85% dark rich chocolate
